Celebrating a decade of Stabby Women wheat-pastes, this image depicts a High Priestess navigating the woods with a (woke AF) Glow Skull. This super limited, multiple layer edition is embellished with Indian Ink making each of the 25 prints 100% unique.

Looking for a way to bridge the gap between my illustrations and Street Art, I began refining a loose, colour wash aesthetic I'd been exploring for a number of years.

Having developed a process combining line drawing, screen print and hand cut newsprint; the prototype of these characters first appeared in the streets of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro during a residency in 2008.

Over the past 10 years, the Stabby Women army has grown. Hundreds of these female warriors have been seen occupying the streets of countless international cities including London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Melbourne, Venice, Milan, Zurich, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Amsterdam and Vienna.

Alongside a series of self-published fanzines, the Stabby Women's journey has been documented in various publications, such as REINVENTING SCREENPRINTING (Roto vision), IT'S A STICK UP (Laurence King), BEHIND THE ZINES (Gestalten) L’ART SE RUE (H’artpon Les Editions) and CONTEMPORARY STREET GRAPHICS (IDN).

These interventions have also informed an ongoing series of originals and editions, including collaborations with print houses, Choque Cultural (BR) and 1xRun (US). These works have been exhibited in a variety of gallery shows from Miami to Beijing, most notably at Museums Sheffield (2011) and Saatchi Gallery (2017).
